HE Mr. Ricardo Cabrisas, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Cuba held a meeting with Mr.Gghanim Essa Alghanim, the Acting Chargé d'Affairs of the Embassy of Qatar in Havana, at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba today Monday 13 August 2020, where they exchanged views on bilateral relations and matters of common interest.
