HE the Ambassador met on April  5th, 2018,  with HE Mr. Armando Vergara, Vice-President of the Department of Bilateral Affairs of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and discussed issues of mutual interest and the means of fostering bilateral relations.
