Ambassador Rashid Mairza Al-Mulla received at the Embassy on Thursday, 17/10/2018 the Deputy director of International Policy Research Center in the Republic of Cuba, Mr. Santiago Pérez Benítez, where they exchanged views on bilateral relations on academic, scientific and cultural fields and matters of mutual interest.
