H.E. Ambassador Al-Mulla held a luncheon at his residence on Sunday, January 27, 2019, in honor of the Qatari delegation headed by the State Minister and cultural Advisor to the Amiri Diwan, Dr. Hamad bin Abdul Aziz Al-Kuwari. 
The State Minister is visiting the Republic of Cuba to participate in the 4th World Balance Conference that is going to take place in Havana on 28-31 January 2019.
