His Excellency the Minister of State, Dr. Hamad Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Kuwari participated on Monday, 28/01/2019 at the opening session of the Fourth International Conference for World Balance in Havana, where he delivered a welcoming speech on the importance of spreading the culture of world peace.
The President of the Council of State and Ministers , His Excellency Miguel Diaz Canel, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Culture, and H.E. Mr. Rashid Mairza Al Mulla, ambassador of the State of Qatar in Cuba, also attended the opening ceremony. Likewise, a large number of high-level invitees from Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa, Russia and China participated in the event.
The Minister of State was accompanied by a Qatari delegation representing educational and cultural institutions.
