H.E. Mr. Ricardo Cabrisas,Vice-President of the Republic of Cuba held a meeting with H.E. Ambassador Rashid Mairza Al-Mulla, at the Council of Ministers, on 3 April 2019. They exchanged views on bilateral relations and matters of common interest.
