The Cuban minister of Foreign Trade and Investment, Mr. Rodrigo Malmierca, held a luncheon in honor of the Ambassador of the State of Qatar, Rashid Al Mulla, on 27/9/2019, on the occasion of the termination of his mission. The luncheon was attended by representatives of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
