The Embassy participated in the celebrations of the 500th anniversary of the founding of the Cuban capital Havana this week. The grand celebration was on November 16, 2019, coinciding with the founding date of this ancient Caribbean city, where a large official ceremony was presided over by HE President Miguel Diaz Canel, which was attended by a large number of guests, visitors and representatives of diplomatic missions in. A colorful fireworks display was held in front of the Capitol building, which impressed thousands of Cuban residents and tourists. Different musical performances were also given to the audience.
