His Excellency Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Darbasti, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Cuba, arrived in Havana on 27 November 2019. He was received at the Jose Martí International Airport by HE Mr. Vladimir Andres González, Director of the Department of Ceremonies, Privileges, Immunities and Diplomatic Affairs of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy Representatives.
