Tomorrow, I will travel to Cuba. The visit to Cuba is of a special nature, and it bears the connection to what this small island carries in the history, which makes one look forward to visiting it, regardless of the ideological aspects that characterized its experience.

Cuba is a small island whose human form has a unique geographic and historical mixture. Since early, it has entered into a conflict with the big countries: Spain and the Unites State of America. With Spain that left the island alone but has a cultural influence in its language, which has become a dominant language in South and Central America and a large part of the United States of America. As for the Spanish language, we speak of the influence of the Arabic language on it. It is a clear influence that nobody can deny. When Cuba reached its revolutionary stage, it was a major center of influence in the Great Powers struggle, the United States and the Soviet Union. And played a large role in supporting the insurgency against the West and the United States. The forces of this small island participated in battles in Africa and other places of conflict and national liberation. We all remember the story of the Bay of Pigs in the 1960s that brought the world to the brink of world war between the Union The United States and the days of Khrushchev and Kennedy, which ended the withdrawal of missiles and the end of the crisis, and Cuba remained playing as a thorn in the side of the United States and continued the longest siege in the modern era, which is still continuing in some aspects, despite the policy of President Obama who visited Cuba as the first President of the United States My visit three years ago.

When I received the invitation from the Government of Cuba to participate in the Fourth World Conference on World Balance, and was mandated by my Government, with a delegation from the Qatar Foundation (Education Above All), the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and the Higher Committee for Heritage and Projects, 2022.
