His Excellency, the Ambassador, Mr. Rashid Mairza Al Mulla, received His Excellency Dr. Akram Mohammed Samhan, Ambassador of the State of Palestine and Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps in the Republic of Cuba, on Wednesday, 28 February 2018, where they exchanged views on the situation in the Arab region and related matters of Common interest.

HE Mrs. Kamina Johnson Smith, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Jamaica, received in her office at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, HE Rashed Mirza Al Mulla, Qatar's non-resident ambassador to Jamaica, where he conveyed the greetings of His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries and the means of strengthening and developing them.

The Embassy of the State of Qatar in Cuba organized on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, in cooperation with the National Institute of Sport, Physical Education and Recreation (Ministry of Sports) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education, a marathon with more than 300 students from the primary and secondary schools in Havana.
